When I searched under my name, I was confronted with about 480 million webpages. Some of these were for characters in movies and soap operas, while some were for a hospital. I was amazed at how prolific my name was! Even more startling was how many were similar to me in other ways.

I was never much of an athlete--volleyball was my favorite sport, though I was also good at giving piggyback rides and moving heavy things. I have a strong singing voice for now, but I've no intention of performing outside of church. I haven't gone around the world, either. I am a minister, though, as are some others with the same name. I guess it's a good thing that I stopped getting degrees in mathematics, since that would have caused some confusion. (My master's thesis was about homomorphisms between magmas. I was sucked into the Four-Colour Problem by a fellow mathematician at work.) I was pretty good at writing code in Fortran, Basic, Pascal, and C.

So, that gives you, the reader, some clues about who I am.
